Jennifer was very patient and understanding with my wife and was excellent with communication and easy to work with.  Everyone at the business was excellent about messaging and very professional.

I only have two constructive criticisms.
#1 I didn't appreciate the car salesman like pressure sale tactics at the initial information session visit. I appreciated the lunch and the information and i had done my research and come with the intention to work with the business and spend money, but the whole "This is the special price if you pay today stuff" feels like pressure sale gimmicks you would get in a street market and doesn't mesh with the way I like to conduct business.

Criticism #2 The business does a ton of outreach to build the business and my hat is off to them for the hard work they put into that outreach, but there are many Spanish speakers in our community who are home owners and have assets worth protecting.  Not having any information sessions in Spanish strikes me as a lost opportunity to grow the business.
